1. Policy for COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

 

We understand that you may need to make a change. Since the logistics cost for a successful COD order is substantially high (nearly ₹300 charged to us per order, reducing the effective amount we receive), we cannot support the cost of returns/refunds for COD transactions.

  • Allowed Changes: You may exchange the product for a different size, color, or even a completely different product from our website (subject to availability).

    2. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all tags intact.

2. Policy for Prepaid Orders (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking)

 

We highly encourage Prepaid payments as the logistics cost for a prepaid delivery is significantly lower (approximately ₹40 per shipment). This saving allows us to offer you both full returns and a discount!

✅ Full Return & Exchange Policy (Prepaid Orders Only)

 

You have access to a full return and exchange policy under the following terms:

  • Return Process (Refund):

3. General Terms & Conditions

 

  1. Non-Returnable Items: Items such as gift cards, and certain intimate apparel (if applicable to your store) are excluded from all return and exchange policies.

  2. Damage/Defect: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery) with photographic evidence so we can arrange a prepaid return label and send a replacement free of charge.

  3. Final Sale: Any items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be exchanged or returned.
